Modern apartment in Benidorm for 4 guests with spectacular sea views
The apartment has 85 square meters distributed across 2 bedrooms and two full bathrooms and can accommodate up to 4 people.
The apartment is located in a modern building with two elevators—only two apartments per staircase—and stands out for its designer interior, amenities, and a large terrace with views. The air-conditioned living-dining room invites you to gather with your family and enjoy pleasant evenings. The sofa can be converted into a sofa bed (1.40m x 2m) for two guests, so the apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests.
A well-equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and utensils is very convenient if you don't feel like eating out. A washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board are available in the laundry room.
A kettle, coffee maker, and much more complete the amenities.
The master bedroom features a double bed (1.50m x 2m), a television, a wardrobe, and a designer en-suite bathroom with a shower. From this room, you can access the apartment's large terrace (25m²), which offers panoramic views of Benidorm Beach and Island.
